Was acquiring Jack Campbell, too little too late?

On the heels of an exciting overtime win at Scotiabank Arena, the first thing to come to mind was why did Dubas wait so long to pull the trigger on the backup goalie situation? Was Hutch going 0-7 to start the season not enough? Why did it take a Freddy injury and then another dreadful loss for him to pull the trigger? All in all, like I said, an exciting overtime win to get Campbell his first win as a Leaf and the gravy was Toronto's Captain Tavares getting the winning goal to ice it, to go along with a regular time goal that made it all so much sweeter!
